Description
This drawing bears a resemblance to Francis E. Hyslop, one of the Penn State faculty members responsible for engaging Henry Varnum Poor to paint the Land Grant Frescoes. As the signature indicates, the drawing was dedicated to Professor Hyslop in May 1949, the month Poor returned to campus for the final session that brought the frescoes to completion.
