Description
Piece of column possibly from a Daniel D. Badger building similar to the E. V. Haughwout Building. Collected by professor Winston Weisman in the 1960-1970s. Winston Weisman (1909-1997 ) was faculty in the Penn State Department of Art History from 1958-1971. He did extensive research on cast-iron buildings in the Soho neighborhood of New York, as well as other buildings throughout the United States and the world.
