Description
Alice James is an alumna of the Department of Anthropology, she taught at Shippensburg University. This sample book was created at a workshop at Greenfield Village, Dearborn, Michigan. The yarn in the book is handspun Merino wool. Thirty-one pages in the book record the reaction of a dye to a different mordant being used: alum, copper sulfate, tin and iron.
